"Same Day Shipping" means that your order will be handed off to our small package carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) the same day. The date of arrival will depend on your selected shipping method. Products not in stock may delay your order until the product is back in stock.
Our 4:30 PM shipping cutoff may vary based on location. Orders are fulfilled out of five distribution centers on the east and west coasts of the U.S. For orders fulfilled on the east coast, our 4:30 PM cutoff time is EST. For orders fulfilled on the west coast, our 4:30 PM cutoff time is PST.
Some exclusions may apply. Oversized and hazardous products are only available for pickup at our stores, or for delivery to business account customers via our trucks. Expedited shipping methods do not guarantee delivery date. Contact us for Saturday delivery. Orders placed during weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Early AM delivery is available to business customers that have been shipped product on our truck in the early morning in the past. If that is the case, you will have the option to select an Early AM ship method when in checkout. CONTACT US for more info.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 6 hours after receiving it.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We only ship within the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories.
